Okay, friends! Lately I’ve found so many wonderful finds on Amazon that I just have to share them with you! Some of these are new items that I’ve recently fallen in love with, and others are longtime beauty staples of mine.
Hair Care Finds
Let’s start with the simple yet glam, rose gold, detangling hair brush by Lily England. I was sold by the squishy handle! I have long hair and brushing after a wash is pure torture. This brush, paired with It’s A 10 Miracle Leave In Product, makes my life immensely easier. The spray is literally a miracle when it comes to detangling my long locks.
For a polished and easy look, I use my Revlon Hair Dryer And Volumizer Hot Air Brush. It straightens and smooths, or you can use it to add volume and curl for a professional blow-out look. I cannot imagine what I did before this brush!
Makeup Finds for an On-The-Go Look
The next products are available on Amazon, as well as other beauty outlets. I am sharing five of my favorite ‘go to’, ready in a flash products. Together they create a finished, on-the-go look that is perfect for anything from church to errands. These range from higher end products that I’ve found what you pay is what you get, as well as a few drug store favorites that I love as much as their pricier cousins I’ve tried in the past.
First, a product that so many have come to love and adore. All hail the dark under-eye circle magician. The take all my money product. The glorious, Tarte Shape Tape Concealer. And ya’ll… “a dab’ll do ya”! It takes me from looking like I need a 20 hour siesta, to bright eyed and bushy tailed.
After concealer, I do a quick swipe of Physician’s Formula, Butter Bronzer on my cheeks and a dab on the top of my forehead for a slightly sun-kissed look. It smells just like the beach, and as you can tell from the half empty compact, it gets lots of use. This is a product that I buy over and over. My one suggestion is to invest in a great blush brush instead of the sponge it comes with. I use the It Cosmetics Blush Brush. I’ve linked a similar one here.
If I could only pick 2 makeup items to take to a deserted island, it would be shape tape and mascara. Essence | Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara is one of my favorite finds of all time. Well, it was actually. my moms find. So, thanks mom! This mascara gives me lashes like the more expensive brands, but for only $4.99!
To top the simple look off, I add a touch of this super soft and subtle gloss by Floss. It’s a very natural look with just a touch of pigment and hydrating shine.
