In writing the scripts, I came across a small tidbit of a well told Bible Story, that seems to be widely unknown!
When you die, will people say that you were kind randomly? Or will they say that you knew what it meant to love others well?
Maybe your faith and trust is like dust in the wind. But he's got you.
We cannot just sit on our heels and love the ones immediately around us. We need to make a point to ask God to open our eyes to those who need love in our midst.
"Our weaknesses and flaws can become portals for God's grace, windows to display his glory." (pg 21) I don't know about you, but I must look like a swiss cheese portal!
This week we started Feinberg's devotional book, "Flourish". The first section is called "Planted in Love", and we read Week 1. ... "A mother's love is intense to say the least. Now, think about how God loves you infinitely more than that! It's mind blowing. "
